wie wirkt japanische Akupunktur auf mich?

japanische Akupunktur

Gentle, non-painful acupuncture, together with Japanese massage and moxibustion and lifestyle, helps us to regulate energy and allow it to flow freely, balancing the body's systems to regain physical and emotional health...

Japanese acupuncture was developed in the 15th century and is based on the study and revision of classical texts and books of Chinese medicine and philosophy.

It uses very gentle and subtle methods, its techniques are painless and very comfortable for the person receiving them. The needle insertion is very superficial and the needles are very fine. Very few needles are used and it is even possible to perform a treatment without inserting any needles at all.

The Japanese method is characterised by its clarity and simplicity in dealing with a pathology and is very effective in treating all kinds of physical and psycho-emotional symptoms. The person is accompanied throughout the treatment and the response to the treatment is checked by palpation of the pulses and abdomen.

Acupuncture is complemented by other techniques such as moxibustion and Japanese Sotaiho (Japanese osteopathy).

Moxibustion

In moxibustion, heat is transferred to various points and areas of the body by burning a dried and processed Artemisia plant.

There are different techniques and ways of applying moxibustion.

In Japan, this practice has developed strongly due to its great benefits. The most commonly used and widespread technique is Okyo.

Okyu consists of the application of rice grain-sized moxa beads to specific points. The aim is to balance the flow of Qi and increase the body's vitality in a quick and pleasant way.

The function of moxa is not to release heat, but to activate balance, similar to inserting a needle, but with additional benefits such as the effect on the lymphatic system and blood circulation. Moxibustion is also very effective in the treatment of pain and hormonal disorders and allows us to carry out treatment without inserting needles.

Other Japanese moxibustion techniques include the Chineskyu or Kyotosin method, in which the application of gentle heat enables the toning and warming of weakened points and areas.

Moxibustion is very helpful in the treatment of pain, chronic and immunological problems, gynaecological changes...
